"Hollywood Babylon" is one of my solid favorites from the show--it's funny, the deaths are genuinely grusome, it's got a solid mystery aspect, and Sam and Dean are so emphatically themselves in the face of all the Hollywood madness (namely, Sam scorns it all and Dean ... fits right in). "The Memory Remains" is also a highlight of the later seasons for me--again you have that mix of slightly screwball with very real horror, with some absolutely gorgeous lighting and camera work.
