What second episode of a season is your favorite?

1 - Wendigo
2 - Everybody Loves a Clown
3 - The Kids Are Alright
4 - Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester
5 - Good God, Y'all
6 - Two and a Half men
7 - Hello, Cruel World
8 - What's Up, Tiger Mommy?
9 - Devil May Care
10 - Reichenbach
11 - Form and Void
12 - Mamma Mia
13 - The Rising Son
14 - Gods and Monsters

This one's a little trickier than last week's, but I think for me it's "Good God, Y'all". It's an interesting case with some good twists in it, some great visuals, a good way to get Ellen and Jo back (so that they can be lost again)--and it gives Sam the chance to acknowledge the truth of his addiction on his own, without Dean forcing it on him.

How about you all--which one's your favorite, and why?

I love this poll idea!! I'm going with "Good God, Y'all." I come back to this episode a lot. I love the setting and the small band of survivors trope and the uncertainty over who is the enemy messing with people's psychology trope. Love Rufus and Ellen and Jo. Love those beautifully lit scenes where Sam is tied up—Jo and Rufus forcing salt in his mouth (so unnerving), Titus Welliver as War ("Wait 'til you're thigh-deep in warm corpses"). Really love all the tension in this ep, especially between Sam and Dean.

So many good eps, though. I've gotta give mention to "The Kids Are Alright" because I find it one of the most effectively horrifying MotW episodes in the entire series. And Dean + Ben and Lisa! And then "Hello Cruel World" includes one of my most favorite and rewatched scenes (the one near the beginning with Sam in the chair). And oh man, there’s so much I adore about "Everybody Loves a Clown". I love seeing all the episodes across the seasons lined up like this. ♥
I thought it would be a fun way to look at the show, as opposed to the usual season- or character-based polls. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves so far!

The MotW in "The Kids Are Alright" really is horrifying--that poor mother who drives her 'daughter' into the lake ... brr. She's going to be messed up for a long time.
