This one's a little trickier than last week's, but I think for me it's "Good God, Y'all". It's an interesting case with some good twists in it, some great visuals, a good way to get Ellen and Jo back (so that they can be lost again)--and it gives Sam the chance to acknowledge the truth of his addiction on his own, without Dean forcing it on him.

How about you all--which one's your favorite, and why?

There are too many good ones to choose from. I DON'T REALLY WANT TO PICK WENDIGO because it is by all accounts the least ambitious of any of those episodes, and I am always here to champion later-season SPN, but I think I still have to go with Wendigo because nothing can stop my love for backcountry episodes. I AM WHO I AM. I also feel bad that I'm trying to remember what 14x02 and so much has happened in the last year I cannot even remember where we left off last season/started up this season.

OH, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT. MICHAEL. HAHAHA. THAT GUY!
There is no wrong answer! And Wendigo is about as backcountry an episode as you can get. :D

(Feel no shame about s14, either--I missed a huge chunk of it because of CW playing silly buggers with episode availability. And s13 is mostly just a blur to me because there were so few MotW episodes, which is how I mentally map out each season. The arc episodes tend to just run together as far as I'm concerned.)
Despite some of the cheesiness with the MoTW, I really enjoyed Wendigo. It was a good case and as we were just starting to learn more about Dean and Sam, this episode did continued to fill some information for us all. It gave us some good brotherly moments, too. I fully enjoyed this episode.
It definitely serves to solidify both the characters and the general MotW format, and stands quite well as a little action-adventure romp.
