15. Your guilty writing pleasure? - Long sentences, too much narration, rewriting perfectly serviceable prose because it doesn't "sound" right; excessive semi-colons and em-dashes.... If you're talking tropes? I dunno. Domestic Winchesters, I guess. I'm always up for sending them grocery shopping.

20. 4 sentences from your work that you’re proud of - Just going to grab a chunk of text that I really like, because I don't have time to track down individual phrases:

They watch football together, the way they did when Sam was young and enamored of Brick Holmes. They knock elbows in tiny booths of tinier diners, and spend an entire day sampling every single pie and pastry available during a slow Tuesday at Ronnie's Bakery in a town that consists of three streets and a parking lot. They drive down empty highways under skies full of restless clouds: sometimes Sam sings along with the tapes because it makes Dean laugh; sometimes Dean sprawls loose-limbed in the passenger seat and silently watches Sam drive, the hum of the road beneath their wheels the only music either needs.

There's something in Dean's eyes that Sam has never seen before; perhaps it is joy, he tells himself, and doesn't ask.
that's gorgeous (I love tiny & tinier, and the image of Dean just watching) -- can I have link? :-)

And #7!

7. Inspiration, time, or motivation. Choose two. - Easy: inspiration and motivation. If you have those two, you can make time. Without inspiration there's no point trying, and without motivation there's no trying at all.
now I remember reading (and loving) that piece -- but I'm glad you brought it up initially as there was a last timestamp I hadn't seen that I was very pleased to read. Oh, Sam!! Great stuff.

wishing you inspiration and motivation....
