There is something immensely comforting about cheese and bread and tomatoes, in almost any and every combination imaginable.

(Port wine cheese and olive oil crostinis are quite nice together, especially when chased with golden cherry tomatoes from the garden.)
I would trade the port wine for mozzarella or sharp provolone. Yum!
We have a container of Provolone with Chianti for after we've finished the Port Wine cheddar. :D
