Trying to keep the positivity going...
- The way the world looks right after it snows--especially the filagree it makes of tree branches.
- The Everyman's Library series--just picked up an abridged Pepys' Diary and The Canterbury Tales. Love the covers, love the typesetting, love the collection of proven classics (their modern classics can be a bit hit or miss, but the aesthetics remain excellent).
- Georgette Heyer's regency romances--just finished Bath Tangle today while nursing a cough (which seems fitting), and it was absolutely delightful. I know at about the 25% mark how people were going to get paired off, but I couldn't see how on earth Heyer was going to manage it. Great fun.
- Having a job where I can take sick leave without too much concern. I have other frustrations about work, but that's not one of them.
