Went to see a local exhibit on Jim Henson two days ago, and it made me want to watch all our Henson videos all over again (which would be a couple of days worth, since I've got the first two seasons of the Muppet Show and we have almost all the Muppet Movies). It was also kind of inspiring, to realize just how much he created and how he dealt with failures by turning them into something else--if something didn't work, wouldn't sell, he tweaked it and tried again until it did.

I want to be like that.

I forgot about the Kermit Bale thing. That image is still great, though.

Who do I love more? Kermit or Batman? Kermit or Batman?
That's one of life's unanswerable questions, I'm afraid.

...Actually, no. It would depend on which version of Batman we were considering.

(re: icon - Oh man, I love that scene. That whole movie, actually. Kermit rocks those breeches surprisingly hard and I have pretty much all the songs committed to memory.)
SHIVAH MAH TIMBAHS SHIVAH MAH SOUL, ohhhh oh eeee oh, AHUH! I used to have Professional Pirate as my friend's ringtone, too. That movie rocked my 12 year old SOUL.

I appreciate Keaton and Bale best. Clooney is... yeah. No. We don't talk about Clooney. I have a special love of Adam West, but he's definitely not comic Batman by any means.
("No, that's silly. The man who lives in my finger hired the crew.")

Oh, Clooney. That movie stops just tragically short of being so bad it's good. Done deliberately cheesy, it could have been fun, but it's just not light enough on its feet to pull it off.

("Hey Polly, what was that song that just happened? You know, 'Cabin fever, ahh!'")
